As part of a series of personal stories from our natural ambassadors, Ben shares his 'game-changing' solution for dealing with isolation.
Each time he goes on an expedition, long-distance swimmer Ben Lecomte faces weeks of isolation, swimming up to eight hours a day, and confined to a boat for the rest of the time. When he swam across the Atlantic Ocean in 73 days, he took away from it not only a new record, but a new way of managing how he felt and experienced the challenge.
