icebreaker Warranty Request.

 

22nd June Update: Please expect delays with the processing of your warranty while we are upgrading our systems. Please allow an additional 10 business days for your request to be processed.

We will replace your icebreaker garment within 12 months of purchase if it has been assessed and deemed faulty due to faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing. Please complete the below form as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and provide the next steps. Please do not send your garment to us before submitting a warranty request and hearing back from us. Damage that occurs after a year is usually caused by wear and tear.

If you are experiencing problems with your socks, these will be covered under our lifetime sock guarantee. Please visit your original location of purchase with the socks to receive your replacement. If you purchased your socks from our website please complete our warranty form below and await a response from us.
